How is Botpany different from ChatGPT or other AI assistants?
Botpany is connected to the tools your company already uses, such as Google Analytics, Google Sheets, WordPress, Notion, Help Scout, Mailchimp, and GitHub. So answers come from your real figures, not from guesses. You set up a bot for each job once, and the whole team uses it, with the same sources, instructions, and memory.
How is Botpany different from AI agents that use your computer?
Botpany works through official connections, not by clicking around in your apps. That makes answers repeatable, and changes always go past a person first.
Who is Botpany for?
For companies with a few teams that work with data and content every day: marketing, editorial, support, and management. It works best from about five people, so that bots, sources, and memory are shared.
Which AI do the bots use?
The AI is included in the price, so you do not need a separate AI subscription. Bots answer everyday questions with a fast model, and switch to a stronger model by themselves for reports and longer tasks.
How much does Botpany cost?
$30 per person per month, or $300 per person per year, with every feature and the AI included. Each person has a weekly AI budget for fair use, and you can see the usage per person, bot and routine.
Where do I talk to my bots?
In the app, alone or in a group chat with colleagues. You can add Botpany to the home screen of your phone, speak your question instead of typing it, and have answers read aloud. Every bot also has its own email address: send it a question and the answer arrives in your inbox.
Can bots change things in our tools?
Only when you allow it, and they ask first. Google Analytics and Search Console are read-only, and in Google Sheets bots only change the sheets they created. In WordPress and Mailchimp, bots only save drafts, which a person publishes or sends. Tools from your own MCP servers that change data show a card that someone confirms.
How does Botpany handle our data and privacy?
Each bot only sees the sources you give it, and people only see the chats and pages shared with them. Questions go to the AI provider that runs the bots. API keys and sign-ins to your tools are stored encrypted.
